Youth violence in this country is a problem we want to help solve. The “smart” phone and social media platforms have created generations who have minimal interpersonal skills that need to be developed. Having interpersonal skills gives a person social intelligence that leads to empathy for life, ability to read non-verbal communication, and most importantly, how to effectively interact with others on a personal level to resolve disagreements. The objective of We Work Things Out™ is to help youth develop interpersonal skills for communicating and conflict resolution, while learning STEAM and critical thinking.
